The Little Orchard Farm may revise these terms and conditions anytime without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of the Policies. The Little Orchard Farm has the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee that you’ll be satisfied as you experience the foods from our farm. From easy and convenient ordering, to safe arrival, to experiencing nutrient dense, pasture raised foods and all the interactions with our family farm team.

We guarantee the quality of our foods and our delivery process. We strive for 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed for every purchase made from The Little Orchard Farm. In case of any quality concerns with our products or services, please contact us directly for quick resolution. We reserve the right to void any refunds, exchanges, or future purchases if concerns are voiced publicly in a way that causes harm and without directly contacting The Little Orchard Farm for resolution.

If you ever have a concern we ask you please follow these guidelines:

The majority of our products are perishable. Safe handling is critical with your decision to purchase perishable products. When your products arrive, it’s important to store them safely, including immediate refrigeration after delivery and according to USDA safe handling guidelines.

You are responsible for preserving all goods in delivery condition until they are consumed. We recommend you place all meat products in a freezer and refrigerate any produce in accordance with USDA recommendations (if applicable) as soon as possible after delivery. We can not take responsibility for products that are not frozen or refrigerated immediately after delivery.

Please make sure to look over your order at the pick up location (or at the farm store). If the order arrives damaged or the quality is not up to your expectations at the pick up location notify the farm staff member and corrective plans will be made to correct your order.

We deliver your poultry products in coolers filled with ice. Under normal conditions, your products will remain frozen in transit. Sometimes, some product may thaw or partially thaw. These should be refrozen immediately or refrigerated until consumed within 4-5 days of thawing.

Because our products are perishable, we may not be able to offer returns once picked up at the drop off location unless the request is based on a quality concern. If a refund or a replacement is requested due to a quality concern, or if we make an error when packing your order, we ask that you contact The Little Orchard Farm within 7 days of product receipt at tlof@thelittleorchard.farm or by phone at 615-714-4784. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are seeking a refund due to a quality concern, we ask that digital photos be taken of the product and emailed to us. We will review these photos and issue an appropriate refund. Photos are required for a refund. If a quality issue is verified and a refund is issued for a perishable item, the item can be discarded after an appropriate refund has been determined. Please send your refund request and photos to tlof@thelittleorchard.farm.

Once your product or service issue is received, we will notify you within 3 business days course of action to be taken.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit account (or original method of payment) within 7 business days, and we will email you a copy of your receipt.
